Esther Perez
Esther left her childhood town of San Diego to relocate with her family in the San Joaquin Valley in 2006. In an effort to connect with her new found home she joined a local service club. This led to her being a Chartering Founding Member along with others, of the First Latino Rotary Chapter of Tulare County. She proceeded to join the Hispanic Political Action Committee of Fresno as a Board Member. This opened a door to participate also as a Board member to the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Moreover in 2011 Esther joined the Visalia Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class, a year long program that exposes students to the complexities and intricacies of local government. Later; Esther served a 2 year term in the North Visalia Advisory Committee. In 2014 Esther took a leap of faith and ran for State Assembly District 26. With an unsuccessful outcome, Esther continued in her love of politics and service to her community, proceeding to serve in other Committees and or Boards.
Currently Esther is a voting/Board member to the Tulare County Realtors Association Local Government Committee. She also serves in the Visalia Measure N Committee as an appointee of Council member Brett Taylor. Esther is excited to recently have joined the Visalia District Cemetery Board of Trustees under Supervisor Micari's appointment.
With over 20 years of sales experience, and 10 years in Real Estate, Esther is a successful Realtor assisting families in Tulare County. She can be reached at the Visalia Realty One sales office.
